The company was founded by SPYRIDON GANIS at 1975, seated at Milopotamos Drama and the object of the work was the production of lumber mainly for buildings and the manufacture of pallets.

In 1995 the administration of the company undertook the children of Spyridon Ganis, Stavros and Michalis, already experienced businessmen.

Their first concern was to modern their company, the translocation of the company to their new privately owned facilities and to buy new technology equipment.

They also proceeded in the market and the exploitation of expert forestall self-propelled vehicles and the appropriate transport facilities, for the transport of raw material from the forest in the factory and for the unhindered and convenient transportation of their products in the customers-purchaser.

The company is in use from 2000 with the form of Anonymous company named Ganis Bros S.A. The company is staffed by new persons, active, friendly and helpful with the customers, reliable with deep knowledge of their job.

In 2007 the Ganis Bros S.A. bought the DIMOXILOURGIKI Dramas, an enterprise that was activated in the disposal of products of timber, the design, the manufacture and installation of wooden manufacture (hedges, pergolas, houses, pavilions, flowerboxes, playground kit etc).

Today, after 30 years of presence with responsibility, the company in combination with the modern technological equipment, the specialization and their continuous growth, is ready to cope with each requirement of their customers.

Aim of the company is the satisfaction of their customers, giving accent in the rapid service and in the high quality of their products. For that reason is given particular gravity in the follow-up of technological developments and in the permanent renewal of her technological equipment.
