The company was founded by SPIRIDONA GANI at 1975, based at the village of Milopotamos, very close to the city of Drama. Its main activity is to produce sawed timber, mainly for use in the construction industry, and wooden pallets.

At 1995 Spiridona's children STAYROS and MICHAEL, already successful businessmen, assumed control of the company's management.

Their first action was to proceed with the modernization of the company, its relocation to new privately owned facilities and the acquisition of latest technology equipment.

They also proceeded to the aquisition and utilization of special forestral mobile machinery and the neccessary transport means, in order to transport raw material from forest to factory and to secure the smooth and timely delivery of their products to customers.

The company operates since 2000 as an SA company under the name of GANIS BROS SA. The company's staff consists of young people, vigorous, friendly and helpful with customers, reliable and with excellent knowledge of their profession.

Company's mission is the complete satisfaction of its customers, emphasizing in express delivery and high quality of its products. Therefore special care is given in monitoring technological developments and in constant renewal of its technological equipment.
