The installations of GANIS BROS SA , are located in a privately owned area of 100.000 square meters at the village of Milopotamos, very close to the city of Drama. They feature:

• a log alley of 90.000 square meters

• production and storage facilities, covering 3.500 square meters
• offices covering 300 square meters

All of the company's production line equipment was obtained recently (2002-2005).

For its aquisition the company spend a total amount of over € 1.500.000.

Some of this equipment is:

• a log sawing machine (waterfall) Primultini (italian manufacture), having microproccesor, cameras and programs for the remote controle of its log load. It has high precision sawing capability and production rate at 150 cubic meters per eight hours, round wood.
• a new production line STORTI (italian manufacture), aquired at 2004, with automatic raw material feeder for pallet construction (automatic nailing, thermal printing, piling), entirely computer controlled, with capability of 1.000.000 pallets per year.
• Also during 2004 a new production line was established for re-sawing sawed timber and the production of pallet elements (STORTI).
• Furthermore, the company implements and concludes, during the first quarter of 2005, an investing program of € 713.000 in total, with the installation of a drying facility for sawed timber and pallets.

For its needs, the company currently owns 12 trucks, 4 skid units, and various mobile forestral machinery.
